New databases… Teacher Reference Center is an index of over 260 titles from the most popular teacher and administrator trade journals, LitFinder covers world literature and authors throughout history, GreenFILE contains indexing and full text articles covering a wide range of environmental issues, and the Research Starters - Business & Research Starters - Education databases provide a great starting point for beginning research in each of these subject areas. New looks for databases... Christian Periodical Index is now hosted on ESBCOhost and includes linked full text for over 15 titles. Use this database for an evangelical perspective on subjects. ERIC (the world's largest source of education information) is now hosted on EBSCOhost and includes linked full text to articles in other EBSCO databases and on the ERIC website.
We’ve got the power! As promised last semester, the library (with the help of the Facilities department), was able to add 2 electrical poles and 5 sections of conduit (down existing pillars) for a total of 28 electrical outlets using the Chatlos grant.
Sitting pretty. Come in and enjoy the new black leather couch and chairs in our reading nook next to the current periodicals and daily newspapers. Thanks also goes to Business Office Outfitters who donated the lovely table.
