In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, San Diego Christian College issues transcripts only on the written request of the individual to whom the record belongs. Request by persons other than the student will not be honored without written authorization from the student.
Unofficial transcripts can be requested in person at no charge. Unofficial transcripts to be mailed/faxed will be charged a $2.00 fee. There is a fee of $5.00 for each official transcript, and an additional $10.00 fee for rush orders to be processed in 24 hours. Routine requests are processed in 5-7 working days.
Official copies of transcripts are not issued until all accounts with the college are cleared. Processing will not begin until notification has been received from the Enrollment Services Office.
You may request an unofficial or official copy of your transcript as follows:
In Person by visiting the Enrollment Services Office on the ground floor of the Administration building.
By Mail—Please fill out completely, print, and sign the Official Transcript Request Form or the Unofficial Transcript Request Form and mail, including payment.
By Fax—Please fill out completely, print, and sign the Official Transcript Request Form or the Unofficial Transcript Request Form and fax to (619) 201-8797. Requests will not be processed until payment has been received. Pay online here!
