How to Apply for Admission
Applicants submit the following items before an acceptance decision is made:
- Application for Admission: including essays, response to the Community Values and Standards, and application fee of $25 (non-refundable—waived for re-admission). For those completing the application online, the fee is also $25 and credit card payment is required to complete the process. The application fee is waived if the application is turned in during a campus visit.

Academic Recommendation: Must be completed by a teacher or guidance counselor who is not a relative and who has known the applicant for more than one year.
If Highschool GPA, College GPA, SAT and or ACT scores do not meet SDCC’s admission requirements an academic recommendation may be requested.
