Fresno, Calif. -- The San Diego Christian College men’s soccer team had difficulty getting going on the road Saturday, losing to Fresno Pacific University 6-0 in the GSAC opener.

The game remained scoreless for much of the first half, until the Sunbirds (4-3, 1-0) struck three times in the final 10 minutes of the half.

The Hawks (2-3-1, 0-1-0) were outshot 26-9 for the game and the Sunbirds put 15 shots on goal.

The men continue their season with a road contest at Cal State San Marcos on Tuesday, September 27th.
