Aliso Viejo, Calif. -- The San Diego Christian College men’s soccer team wrapped up non-conference play on the road against Soka University on Tuesday night, battling though two overtimes and finishing in a 1-1 tie.

The Hawks (2-2-1) lone goal came on a first half score from San Diego Native Justin Picou off an assist from Frankie Zimmerman.

The Hawks outshot the Lions 29-15 for the game and tallied 8 shots on goal.

Goalkeeper Alex Cozzi played all 110:00 minutes and recorded five saves for the SDCC.

The Hawks begin GSAC play on Saturday, September 24th at Fresno Pacific University.
