The Adult and Professional Studies Division at SDCC is committed to providing an educational experience in an environment supportive of faith and learning that will encourage adult learners to find their purpose and pursue their passion. In order to do accomplish this we offer a variety of services to provide support as you pursue completing your degree. The College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) helps you receive college credit for what you already know. Developed by the College Board, CLEP is the most widely accepted credit-by-examination program, and SDCC is an approved CLEP Testing Center. Click the CLEP Button to see what courses are available at

Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) is a process for APS students to earn college credit for past learning. CPL's may be earned through written documentation & portfolios evaluated by college professors who are experts in the various fields.
